RCEP建立对中国畜产品贸易影响的研究

摘  要：
本文在分析中国畜产品贸易现状基础上,运用全球贸易分析模型(GTAP)研究区域全面经济伙伴关系(RCEP)的建立对中国畜产品进出口产生的影响,并提出相应的政策建议。研究表明:近年来中国畜产品贸易保持了较快的增长速度、贸易结构发生了巨大的变化,贸易逆差问题日益严重;区域全面伙伴关系的达成会进一步加重中国畜产品贸易逆差,并将对中国部分畜产品贸易产生较大影响,因此不同畜产品的贸易自由化政策应有所区别。为应对羊毛和奶产品等畜产品进口冲击,可以考虑设置敏感产品目录或者非关税壁垒等方式,保护国内相关产业的发展。

摘  要：
Based on the analysis of the current situation of China's livestock trade, the effect of the establishment of RCEP on the China's Livestock Product Trade was analyzed by using the Global Trade Analysis Project(GTAP), and the corresponding policy suggestions were put forward. The results show that China's livestock trade has maintained a rapid growth, the trade structure has greatly changed and the trade deficit problem has become more and more serious. The establishment of RCEP will further aggravate the trade deficit of livestock products in China. Trade in livestock products will have a great effect, so the policy of trade liberalization of different livestock products should be different. In response to the impact of imports of animal products such as wool and milk products, it may consider setting up sensitive product catalogs or non-tariff barriers to protect the development of domestic related industries.
