RCEP建立对中国主要畜产品价格影响的研究——基于GTAP模型的实证分析

摘  要：
近年来RCEP谈判不断取得新的进展,而中国的主要畜产品价格高于部分成员国,RCEP达成后,关税的削减势必对国内的部分畜产品价格产生影响。运用全球贸易分析模型,研究RCEP的建立对中国主要畜产品价格产生的影响,并提出相应的政策建议。研究结果表明RCEP对中国不同的畜产品价格带来的影响差异较大,羊毛的国内价格和进口价格均出现下降,肉类和奶产品进口价格下降但是国内价格仍会增长;RCEP达成对中国畜产品进口价格的长期影响要大于短期影响。

摘  要：
RCEP negotiations have made new progress in recent years,and the existing livestock product prices in China are higher than some other member countries.As the free trade agreement is reached,the tariff reduction will affect the domestic livestock product prices.Effects of RCEP on livestock product prices in China were studied with global trade analysis model(GTAP),and then,the corresponding policy suggestions were put forward.The results show that the effects are different among livestock products,the domestic and import prices of wool,and import prices of meat and dairy would decline,but the domestic meat and dairy prices would increase.Hence,the long-term impact of RCEP is greater than the short-term impact.
