通过对"时间"弹性变量以及雨洪调蓄中时间管理的研究,探索了雨洪管理中海绵型绿地的建设规律,探讨了绿地建设中不同的景观要素基于时间变量的建设要点,使得海绵型绿地的建设能够在时间、空间两个维度上与其他雨洪设施有机的结合,以促进海绵型绿地发挥更好的雨洪管理效能。

摘  要:
Based on the study of "time" elastic variables and time management in rainwater flooding,this paper studied the construction rules of sponge-type landscape in rainwater management.It also discussed the main elements of landscape construction based on time variables.The construction of sponge-type landscape can combine with other rain-flood facilities in two dimensions of time and space to promote the effectiveness of sponge-type landscape in rainwater management.
