摘  要：
Time budgeting is a key factor affecting the undergraduate students' learning efficiency and their campus life.The empirical investigation through multi-data collections indicated the current situation is conservatively unoptimistic and there is an urgent need to strengthen the undergraduate students' time management consciousness,provide professional guidance and consultation for them,and monitor their time management.
