消费者农产品质量安全信任评价研究

摘  要:
近年来,我国消费者一直十分关注农产品质量安全问题.该文通过构建影响消费者农产品质量安全信任的主要因素模型进行实证分析,结果表明,消费者的安全意识和公共品牌认证对消费者信任产生了显著影响,进而正向影响购买意愿,而市场监管和生产加工方式对消费者农产品信任的影响不显著.

摘  要:
In recent years,Chinese consumers have been paying more attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products. This paper conducts an empirical analysis by constructing a main factor model that affects the quality and safety of consumers′ agricultural products. Research shows that consumer safety awareness and public brand certification have a significant impact on consumer trust,and consumer trust will positively affect purchase intention,while market regulation and production and processing methods have no significant impact on consumer agricultural product trust.
