摘  要：
我国葡萄栽培面积与产量已经跃居世界首位,但葡萄产业与生产均存在诸多问题.由于葡萄单位面积产量高,化肥与农药的不合理使用,土壤健康受到严重损伤,葡萄植株长势弱,果品质量差,商品率低,销售难,效益不高.据此,对目前我国果品市场的基本判断是不缺一般性葡萄,而缺少优质葡萄.进而提出并讨论葡萄健康栽培理念与实施措施,具体措施可概括为16个字:配肥、培地、优根、壮树,增叶、控产、限穗、综防、省工、配套、设施、提质.

摘  要：
Some disadvantages existed among the grape industry and grapevine cultivation, although China's viticulture area and production have leapt to the top in the world. The grapevine plants were grown weak, the vineyard soil was deteriorated, the grape quality and its commodity rate were low, the fruit marketing was difficult, and the benefit of grapevine cultivation was not satisfactory, Those all were because of improper operation in the field, unreasonable use of fertilizers and farm chemicals, higher yield. Accordingly, the basic judgement of the fruit market by us was the superior-quality products were shortage and the inferior fruits were overabundance. Furthermore, the healthy cultivation concept was proposed and discussed. The concrete measures could be generalized as 16 technologies, i.e. formulated fertilization, fertilized soil by herbaceous and manure, optimization of the root, healthy and vigorous tree, reserve more leaves, yield management, restrictions on bunch of grapes, integrated control of diseases and insect pests, saving the labor, comprehensive techniques, use of facility, improving grape quality.
