犊牛脑炎病原菌的分离鉴定及病理组织学观察

摘  要:
为了确定导致初生犊牛脑炎的主要病原菌,采用生化试验、PCR技术及16SrRNA测序对分离的病原菌进行鉴定,动物试验确定主要病原菌的致病性,药敏试验确定其药物敏感性,通过石蜡切片观察其脑组织的病理组织学变化。结果显示,分离株符合乳房链球菌的生物学特性;该菌株对小鼠致病性较强,死亡率为50%,而对家兔无致病性;对万古霉素、阿奇霉素、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、利福平、罗红霉素等敏感,对泰乐菌素、卡那霉素、庆大霉素耐受;病死犊牛及小鼠的脑组织有充血和水肿现象。确定导致本地区某牛场犊牛脑炎的主要致病菌为乳房链球菌。

摘  要:
In order to determine the major pathogens causing encephalitis in newborn calves,biochemical tests,PCR techniques and 16S rRNA sequencing were used to identificate pathogens isolated from dead calves,animal test was used to determin the pathogenicity of major pathogens,drug sensitiviy test was used to judge the drug sensitivity,and paraffin section was used to observe histopathological lesions in brain tissues.The results showed that the isolated strain has the biological characteristics of Streptococcus uberis,which has strong pathogenicity in mice,and the mortality rate is 50%,while not in rabbits.The strain is sensitive to vancomycin,azithromycin,ciprofloxacin,enrofloxacin,rifampin,and roxithromycin,and is resistant to tylosin,kanamycin,gentamicin.There are congestion and edema both in the brain tissues of dead calves and mice.The results indicated that the major pathogen causing encephalitis in calves is Streptococcus uberis.
