角果木内生真菌代谢产物的分离鉴定

摘  要:
通过多种色谱分离方法对角果木根部真菌Fusarium sp.JG13代谢产物的化学成分进行研究,从其发酵液中分离得到6个化合物,利用波谱等方法分别鉴定为Sorbicillin(1),2′,3′-Dihydrosorbicillin(2),Sohirnone A(3),5′-hydroxyprenyl salicylate(4),N-(2-Hydroxyphenyl)-acetamide(5),2-(E-3-heptneyl)-3,6-dihydroxy-5-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)benzaldehyde(6).所有化合物均为首次从角果木真菌发酵产物中分离得到.

摘  要:
Several methods of chromatography were used to study the chemical constitution of the root-endophytic fungi of Ceriops tagal.Six compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth.On the basis of spectral evidences,they were identified as sorbicillin,2',3'-dihydrosorbicillin,sohirnone A,5'-hydroxyprenyl salicylate,N-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-acetamide and 2-(E-3-heptneyl)-3,6-dihydroxy-5-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)benzaldehyde.
