活性炭催化氧化双甘膦合成草甘膦工艺研究进展

摘  要:
概述了活性炭催化氧化双甘膦合成草甘膦的工艺现状。该工艺的氧化剂目前普遍采用的是含氧气体;催化剂主要有活性炭、负载贵金属和负载过渡金属的活性炭3种,工业生产中以前2种更为常见;该工艺的合成路线有间歇过程和连续过程,国内主要以间歇过程为主,国外已实现连续化生产。最后结合目前研究现状,指出日后的研究重点应着重在开发更优越的催化剂和合成路线2个方面。

摘  要:
The paper aims to overview the status of glyphosate synthetic process catalyzed by activated carbon.Gas containing oxygen was widely used as oxidizing agent currently.There were mainly three kinds of catalysts used:activated carbon,noble metal and transition metal catalysts.In industrial production,the former two kinds of catalysts were more common.There were two kinds of synthesis routes for the synthetic process:batch process and continuous process.Batch route was mainly used in China,but continuous route was mainly used abroad.According to the current research status,it was pointed out that the future research should focus on development of more superior catalysts and synthetic routes.
