若干无性系良种径山茶的品质特征研究

摘  要:
本研究以鸠坑群体种为对照,用感官审评与生化呈味成分分析相结合的方法,对乌牛早、浙农139、龙井长叶、茂绿、白茶等5只无性系茶树良种所制径山茶的品质特征开展了研究。研究结果表明,综合品质排序前三位的均为无性系茶树良种,依次为浙农139、茂绿、龙井长叶,说明科学推广无性系茶树良种仍是提升径山茶品质的有效途径。

摘  要:
In this research,sensory evaluation and biochemical analysis were used to study the quality characters of Jingshan tea produced from five clonal cultivars including Wuniuzao,Zhenong 139,Longjing changye,Maolu and Baicha,with jiukeng as control variety.The results showed that the clnal cultivars had fresh and brisk taste with sweet aftertaste,and had strong taste in second or third infusion.Chemical analysis showed theanine concentration was high in these cultivars.Among the tested cultivars,the top three were Zhenong 139,Maolu and Longjing changye.
