氟乐灵硝化废酸处理工艺研究

摘  要:
[目的]氟乐灵生产过程中会产生大量的废酸且难以处理,开发了去除废酸中少量硝酸及亚硝酸的工艺。[方法]通过尿素与硝酸和亚硝酸反应生成二氧化碳和水,制得硫酸,同时避免氮氧化物的生成。[结果]硝酸及亚硝酸的脱除率达95%以上,且去除过程中无氮氧化物生成。[结论]该工艺具有工艺简单、运行成本低、环境友好等优点,且经处理后的废酸可外售用于生产化肥,适合工业化生产。

摘  要:
[Aims] A large amount of waste acid is produced in the production of trifluralin, and is difficult to be treated.A process for remove of a small amount of nitric acid and nitrite from waste acid was developed. [Methods] Carbon dioxide and water were produced by the reaction of urea with nitric acid and nitrite. Sulphuric acid was prepared, and the production of nitrogen oxides was avoided. [Results] The removal rate of nitric acid and nitrite was more than 95%,and no nitrogen oxides were produced during the removal process. [Conclusions] The process has the advantages of simple process, low operation cost and environmental friendliness, and the treated waste acid can be used to produce chemical fertilizer, it is suitable for industrial production.
