分散乳化条件对氟乐灵微囊悬浮剂形成状态的影响

摘  要:
以脲醛树脂为壁材,采用原位聚合法制备氟乐灵微囊悬浮剂。在酸化条件和固化条件保持不变下,讨论了不同分散乳化剂及其配比、不同乳化时间、搅拌速度对微胶囊形成的影响。最终确定以农乳500、1601、SMA、NNO按1∶2.3∶0.1∶0.06混合做分散乳化剂,1000r/min搅拌乳化45min,酸化3h,逐步升温至65℃固化90min作为制备氟乐灵微囊悬浮剂的优化工艺条件。在此条件下可以得到平均粒径为19.5μm左右、悬浮性好、包封率为90.2%的球形微胶囊。

摘  要:
Through in-situ polymerization method,the trifluralin microcapsule suspension were prepared by taking urea-formaldehyde resin as their wall-material.The effects of several encapsulating parameters including dispersing and emulsifying agent,emulsifying time,stirring speed on the microcapsule appearance quality were discussed.Optimal reaction conditions were 500,1601,SMA and NNO at weight ratio of 1:2.3:0.1:0.06,stirring for emulsifying at speed of 1 000 r/min and lasted 45 min,acidifying for 3 h,the curing temperature under 65°C for 90 min.Under these conditions, the mean particle diameter of 19.5μm,suspension of good spherical microcapsules of trifluralin were obtained,their encapsulation rate was 90.2%.
