Regeneration of blue honeysuckle via dormant axillary buds.

摘  要:
The optimum medium for dormant axillary buds culture of blue honeysuckle (Lonicera caerulea var. edulis and Lonicera caerulea var. altaica) was screened according to growth rate and elongation rate by inoculating the buds on the culture medium with various 6-BA [benzyladenine] and iron-salt concentrations. At approximately 35 days, the stretched stem buds were divided into strong root system after inoculation on 1/2-strength MS+1.0 mg IBA litre-1 rooting medium. The amount of qualified tissue-cultured young plants could be obtained by the stretched stem buds reproduction.
