三聚氯氰工艺废水中氨氮的液膜处理方法

摘  要:
研究了乳状液液膜法去除三聚氯氰废水中的氨氮污染,选择了最佳的液膜体系,考察了各种因素对氨氮去除率的影响。结果表明:6%聚胺类表面活性剂(质量分数)、10%有机胺类添加剂(体积分数)、10%硫酸(体积分数)、油内比Roi为2∶1(体积比)的液膜体系,当乳水比Rew为1∶8(体积比)、外水相pH值为11.8、传质15min,可使氨氮含量为1114mg/L的三聚氯氰废水一级去除率达97%以上。

摘  要:
The decontamination of ammoniacal nitrogen in wastewater from process of cyanuric chloride with emulsion liquid membrane was studied. Factors affecting efficiency of removal of ammoniacal nitrogen were investigated with a selected system of liquid membrane. Experimental results showed that ammoniacal nitrogen in the wastewater from process of cyanuric chloride with a concentration 1114 mg/L can be reduced by as much as 97% with the emulsion liquid membrane consisting of that the polyamine surfactant 6%(mass fraction), additive 10%(volume fraction), H2SO4 solution 10%(volume fraction) and Roi of 2:l(by vol) under the operation condition followed: Rtw of l:8(by vol), pH 11.8 and retention time of 15 minutes.
