摘  要:
食品质量管理是应用性和实践性很强的课程。结合企业需求,围绕应用型人才培养模式,以提高教学质量为目标,对该课程实施教学改革。该文主要从教学内容、教学方法、实践教学及考核形式4个方面着手,对食品质量管理课程的教学改革进行了研究。

Food quality management is an applied and practical course.Combining with the enterprise de-mand,the training mode of applied talents is aimed at improving the teaching quality and implementingthe teaching reform.This paper starts from four aspects of teaching content,teaching method,practice teach-ing and assessment form,and probes into the teaching reform and practice of food quality managementcourse.
