赤松和火炬松针叶提取物抗霉菌活性的比较研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究赤松和火炬松针叶提取物的抗霉菌活性。[方法]采用滤纸片法,检测不同质量浓度的松叶提取物对霉菌的抑制圈大小。[结果]结果表明,松叶提取物具有抗霉菌活性,最低抑菌浓度和最佳抑菌浓度因提取物种类和浓度的不同而不同;松叶提取物具有抗霉菌活性,但抑制效果与其质量浓度不成正比;3种提取物中,乙醇提取物的抗霉菌效果最好,而丙酮和水提取物的抗霉菌效果次之。2种松中,赤松的抗霉菌活性最强,火炬松次之。[结论]该研究结果为开发具有明显杀菌作用的植物源农药提供基础资料。

摘  要:
[Objective] The purpose of this research was to study the antifungal activity of extracts from Pinus sp.needles.[Method] The inhibition zone of Pinus sp.needles extracts with the different concentration on fungi was surveyed by filter paper method.[Result] The results indicated that all extracts which they had different concentrations and solvents showed different resistances to mold fungi.The extracts of Pinus sp.needles had antifungal activity;the minimum and optimal antifungal activity differed because of their different solvents and concentrations;among the three kinds of extracts,ethanol extract had the highest resistance and aqueous extract had the lowest.Among the two species of Pinus sp.,P.densiflora had a higher resistance than Pinus taeda.[Conclusion]This research will provide basic references for exploiting pesticide with plants having significant sterilization effect.
