~(60)Coγ射线辐射甘薯种子适宜剂量的研究

摘  要:
用60Coγ射线辐射2种遗传类型的甘薯种子,结果表明:辐射延缓了种子萌发,但不影响萌芽率;幼苗的真叶形成株率和单株生物量随剂量增大而受较大影响,300 Gy剂量以上,2种类型的材料所形成真叶的株率和平均单株生物量均低于未辐照的50%以上。400 Gy是2种类型甘薯种子的适宜诱变剂量。

摘  要:
The two heredity types of sweet potato seeds were radiated with 60Co γ-ray.The results showed that the seeds germinating were delayed,but the rate of germination had no difference;Seedling leaf strain rate and the average plant single biomass increased as the dose increased.Two types of materials formed by the leaves of the strain rate and the average plant biomass with 300 Gy dose or above were 50%,lower than that without irradiation;the mutation dose of 400 Gy was suitable for the two types of sweet potato seeds.
