摘  要:
【目的】建立8-羟基喹啉螯合强碱性阴离子交换纤维分离富集—石墨炉原子吸收光谱(GFAAS)法测定灌溉水中镉(Cd)的方法,为农业灌溉水中镉的监测提供更简便快速的检测技术。【方法】用8-羟基喹啉螯合灌溉水中痕量镉,经由强碱性阴离子交换纤维富集,然后用GFAAS法测定;并对pH、8-羟基喹啉用量、待富集液体积及流速、洗脱剂的浓度及用量、干扰离子等富集与洗脱条件进行探讨,同时通过加标回收试验检验方法的稳定性;应用优化的富集测定方法和常规原子吸收分光光度法同时对20份灌溉水样品进行痕量镉检测,验证其适用性。【结果】当待富集液体积小于1000 m L、pH=6,8-羟基喹啉用量为4 mg、上柱流速小于15 m L/min时,镉可被有效富集,且其富集效果不受K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+共存离子的干扰,用10 m L浓度为2.0 mol/L的硝酸能完全洗脱,洗脱液能满足GFAAS法测定的要求;用优化的富集测定方法进行样品加标回收率试验,回收率为96.0%~99.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.0%~4.1%,检出限为0.03μg/L;该方法对灌溉水样品进行痕量镉检测的灵敏度远大于常规原子吸收分光光度法。【结论】建立的8-羟基喹啉螯合离子交换纤维富集—GFAAS法分离富集效果好、灵敏度高、操作简便、结果稳定可靠,且对镉的检测不受其他共存离子的干扰,可应用于灌溉水中镉的检测。

【Objective 】A method of 8-hydroxyquinoline chelated, separation and enrichment using strong base anion exchange fiber with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry( GFAAS) detection for analysis of cadmium in irrigation water was established, which could provide more simple and rapid detection technology for monitoring of cadmium in agricultural irrigation water. 【 Method 】 Trace cadmium in irrigation water was chelated by 8- Hy droxyquinoline and enriched in the strong basic anion ion exchange fiber, then determined by GFAAS. The conditions of enrichment and elution such as pH, amount of 8-hydroxyquinoline, volume and flow velocity of pregnant solution,concentration and amount of eluent and ion interference were investigated, and the standard addition recovery test was conducted to evaluate the stability of this method. Cadmium in 20 irrigation water samples was determined by the optimized method and conventional atomic absorption spectrophotometry(GFAAS) respectively to evaluate its practicality.【Result 】Cadmium was successfully enriched when pregnant solution volume of less than 1000 m L and pH =6, 8-hydroxyquinoline in an amount of 4 mg, and flow velocity within 15 m L/min. The coexisting ions as K+, Na+, Ca2+and Mg2 +had no effect on the enrichment. And cadmium could be completely desorbed from the fiber column with 10 m L2.0 mol/L HNO3, and the eluent could meet the requirements of GFAAS determination. The standard addition recovery test showed that the recovery of optimized method was 96.0 %-99.5%. The relative standard deviation(RSD) was between 2.0% to 4.1%. The detection limit of the method was 0.03 μg/L. The optimized method was much more sensitive than conventional AAS method for determination of trace cadmium in irrigation water samples. 【Conclusion 】The method has better separation and concentration effect and it is sensitive, simple and reliable for determination of cadmium in irrigation water, which is not interfered by the coexisting ions.
