利用啤酒废水制备生物絮凝剂的研究

摘  要:
[目的]确定生物絮凝剂产生菌的最优培养条件。[方法]以啤酒废水为培养基,研究了CODCr浓度、辅助氮源、无机盐、pH值及培养时间等培养条件对F-12絮凝活性的影响。[结果]CODCr浓度为10000mg/L时,F-12的絮凝率最高,为80.04%。以(NH4)2SO4、NaNO3为氮源生产的F-12的絮凝率高于83.00%;以(NH4)2SO4为氮源生产的F-12的絮凝率最高,为84.51%。(NH4)2SO4的加入量为0.2g/L时,F-12的絮凝率最高,为88.21%。KH2PO4可将F-12的絮凝率提高到91.06%;Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe2+对其絮凝活性有一定的抑制作用。当培养基初始pH值为6.0~9.0时,F-12的絮凝率高于88.00%;当pH值为7.0时,其絮凝率最高,为94.02%。F-12的絮凝活性在第2天达最大值,为96.24%。[结论]F-12的最优产生条件为:1LCODCr浓度10000mg/L的啤酒废水中加入0.2g(NH)SO、0.2gKHPO,培养基初始pH值为7.0,30℃和150r/min条件下摇床培养48h。

摘  要:
[Objective] The study aimed to confirm the optimum culture conditions for producing bacteria of bio-flocculant.[Method] With brewery wastewater as medium,the influences of culture conditions,such as CODCr concn.,assistant nitrogen source,inorganic salt,pH and culture time,on the flocculating activity of F-12 were studied.[Result] When CODCr concn.was 10 000 mg/L,the flocculating rate of F-12 was highest,being 80.04%.The flocculating rates of F-12 produced with (NH4)2SO4 and NaNO3 as nitrogen sources were higher than 83.00% and that of (NH4)2SO4 was highest,being 84.51%.When the addition amount of (NH4)2SO4 was 0.2 g/L,the flocculating rate of F-12 was highest,being 88.21%.KH2PO4 could enhance the flocculating rate of F-12 to 91.06% and Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+ and Fe2+ had some inhibition effect on its flocculating activity.When the initial pH value of medium was 6.0~9.0,the flocculating rate of F-12 was higher than 88.00%;when the pH value was 7.0,its flocculating rate was highest,being 94.02%.The flocculating activity of F-12 reached its maximum on the 2nd day,being 96.24%.[Conclusion] The optimum producing conditions of F-12 were as follows:0.2 g (NH4)2SO4 and 0.2 g KH2PO4 were added into 1 L brewery wastewater with CODCr concn.of 10 000 mg/L,the initial pH value of medium was 7.0,the culture temperature and time were 30 ℃ and 48 h,the rotating speed of shaker was 150 r/min.
