猪肌肉组织表达序列标签(ESTs)的分析

摘  要:
研究构建了民猪肌肉组织cDNA文库,并在文库中随机挑选克隆进行测序,获得107个高质量的ESTs。经生物信息学分析,所研究的107个ESTs中,有98个单一克隆,其中71个为人类及其他物种的同源序列,23个为猪的已知ESTs,4个为未知ESTs。对这4个未知ESTs进行开放阅读框预测并进行BLASTn分析,没有找到高度同源的氨基酸序列。对已知功能基因表达谱的构建和分析结果表明:最多的是未分类,占47.88%;然后依次是基因/蛋白表达占26.76%、细胞代谢占9.86%、细胞结构/迁移占8.45%、细胞/机体防御占4.23%和细胞信号/传导占2.82%。

摘  要:
A Longissimus dorsi muscle cDNA library of Min Pig was constructed and 107 high quality ESTs were obtained in this study.By bioinformatics analysis,98 unique clones ware identified : 71 showed homology to previously identified genes in human or other mammals,23 matched uncharacterized expressed sequence tags(ESTs),four showed no significant matches to sequences already present in DNA databases.We have predicted the open read frame of the four unknown ESTs and analyzed the idendity by using BLAST.The match sequences of amino acid have not been found between the translation of the four ESTs and the protein database.By constructing and analyzing the known gene expression profile,we found that the largest class of genes represented those involved in unclassified(47.88%).The class was followed by genes involved in gene/protein expression(26.76%),metabolism(9.86%),cell structure/motility(8.45%),cell/organism defense(4.23%),and cell signaling/communication(2.82%).
