仲丁灵在土壤中的消解动态研究

摘  要:
采用气相色谱法建立了仲丁灵在土壤中的残留分析测定方法,并试验了仲丁灵在土壤中的残留消解动态。样品采用丙酮提取,经弗罗里硅土柱净化后,采用气相色谱法测定。该方法的添加回收率为90.71%~99.06%,变异系数为0.89%~3.34%,最低检出浓度为0.05 mg/kg,最低检出量为1.89×10-10g。消解动态试验结果表明,仲丁灵按推荐使用剂量(1 800 g/hm2)和2倍推荐使用剂量(3 600 g/hm2)施药,它在土壤中的半衰期分别为9.04 d和11.17 d。

摘  要:
A method for the determination of butralin residue in soil using gas chromatography(GC) was developed and degradation dynamics of butralin was estimated.Samples of soil were extracted with acetone.The extracts were cleaned-up with a Florisil column.The residue of butralin was determined by GC method.The average recoveries ranged from 90.71% to 99.06% with relative standard deviation 0.89%-3.34%.The lowest detectable concentration of butralin in soil was 0.05 mg/kg,and the detection limit was 1.89×10-10 g.The results showed that the half-lives of butralin in soil were 9.04 d and 11.17 d at single recommended dosage(1800 g/hm2) and double recommended dosage(3600 g/hm2),respectively.
