茉莉酸甲酯和PEG对干旱胁迫下达乌里胡枝子种子萌发的影响

摘  要:
以达乌里胡枝子种子为试验材料,分别用PEG-6000(5%,10%,15%,20%)和茉莉酸甲酯(0.025,0.250,2.500μmol/L)在25℃暗处理浸种18 h对种子做引发处理,以15%的PEG模拟干旱胁迫,研究茉莉酸甲酯和PEG引发对干旱胁迫下达乌里胡枝子种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在干旱条件下,0.25μmol/L茉莉酸甲酯浸种后的达乌里胡枝子种子萌发效果最好,与对照组相比,其显著提高了种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数,极显著缩短了平均发芽时间,显著增加了幼苗的苗高和根长,提高了幼苗活力,从而提高了达乌里胡枝子幼苗期的抗旱性。0.25μmol/L茉莉酸甲酯的引发效果最佳。

摘  要:
To study the effect of Me JA and PEG on seed germination and seedling growth of Lespedeza davurica under drought stress, Lespedeza davurica seed were primed with different concentration of PEG-6000(5%, 10%, 15%, 20%)and Me JA(0.025, 0.250,2.500 μmol/L)at 25 ℃ dark environment soaked for 18 h and drought stress. The results showed that under drought conditions, the germination effect of Lespedeza davurica at 0.25 μmol/L Me JA was the best. Compared with the control, seeds primed with 5% PEG or0.25 μmol/L Me JA had higher germination percentage, germination potential, germination index, higher height of seedling and length of roots, very significantly shortened the average germination time, enhanced seedling vigor, improved the drought resistance of Lespedeza davurica at seedling stages. This study determined that 0.25 μmol/L Me JA had the best priming effect.
