达乌里胡枝子提取物对肉仔鸡生产性能、屠宰性能及免疫器官的影响

摘  要:
研究饲粮中添加达乌里胡枝子提取物(Extractive ofLespedeza davurica,LDE)对肉仔鸡生产性能、屠宰性能及免疫器官的影响。选用350只健康1日龄商品代艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分为7组,每组5个重复,试验期42 d,对照组(CK)饲喂基础日粮,1~3组饲喂基础日粮加达乌里胡枝子乙酸乙酯萃取物20、30、40 mg/kg;4~6组饲喂基础日粮加达乌里胡枝子正丁醇萃取物40、50、70 mg/kg。结果表明:①日粮中添加50 mg/kg正丁醇萃取物可显著提高肉仔鸡的生产性能(P<0.05);②肉仔鸡日粮中添加达乌里胡枝子提取物对肉鸡的屠宰性能没有影响;③添加乙酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物能够显著增加肉仔鸡的胸腺指数和法氏囊指数(P<0.05)。试验结果说明达乌里胡枝子提取物对肉仔鸡生产性能及免疫器官都有促进作用。

摘  要:
To evaluate the effects of growth,slaughter performance and immune organs on Lespedeza davurica extractive(LDE) of broiler chickens,350 one-day-old healthy Avian broilers of commercial strain were randomly assigned to seven treatments with five replicates.The experimental period was 42 days.The control group(CK) was fed basal diet,treatment group 1 to 3 were fed basal diet supplemented with 20,30,40 mg/kg LDE extracted by ethyl acetate,respectively,and group 4 to 6 were fed basal diet supplemented with 40,50,60 mg/kg LDE extracted by n-butanol,respectively.The result showed that ① treatment group 5,supplemented 50 mg/kg of n-butanol extractive,significantly enhanced growth of broilers(P>0.05);② there was no effect on slaughter performance with supplementing LDE(P>0.05);③LDE supplements significantly elevated thoracic index and bursa index(P<0.05).Thus,LDE supplement was expected auxoaction in broilers' growth performance and slaughter performance.
