摘 要：
为了评价过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒的现场消毒效果,探究最佳使用浓度,试验将过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒配成不同浓度的溶液,分别对牛舍、鸡舍进行地面消毒和空气消毒,并与进口的过硫酸氢钾复合粉进行消毒效果比较。结果表明:地面消毒中,过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒溶液高浓度(1∶100)消毒10 min,中浓度(1∶200)消毒30 min,杀菌率可达99%以上,与对照消毒剂过硫酸氢钾复合粉溶液(1∶200)消毒30 min效果相当;空气消毒中,过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒溶液高浓度(1∶100)和中浓度(1∶200)消毒10 min,杀菌率可达到99%以上,与对照消毒剂过硫酸氢钾复合粉溶液(1∶200)消毒10 min效果相当。说明使用过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒溶液对畜禽舍进行地面和空气消毒,在作用时间30 min以上时,溶液浓度为1∶100和1∶200的消毒效果好,杀菌率可达到99%以上,建议使用浓度为1∶200。

摘 要：
For observing the effect of disinfection and comparing with the imported products of the same kind,we used Potassium Peroxymonosulphate particles with different concentration to spraying the cowhouse and chickenhouse.The results showed that in the ground disinfection of livestock and poultry houses,the sterilization rate of Potassium Peroxymonosulphate particles solution which sterilized at a high concentration(1∶100) for 10 minutes, medium concentration(1∶200) for 30 minutes, and the control disinfectant Potassium Peroxymonosulphate powder solution which sterilized at a concentration(1∶200) for 30 minutes all reached above 99%. In the Air disinfection of livestock houses, the sterilization rate of Potassium Peroxymonosulphate particles solution which sterilized at a high concentration(1∶100) for 10 minutes, medium concentration(1∶200) for 10 minutes, and the control disinfectant Potassium Peroxymonosulphate powder solution which sterilized at a concentration(1∶200) for 10 minutes all reached above 99%. From the above results, it can be seen that when disinfecting the ground and air of livestock and poultry houses more than 30 minutes, the Potassium Peroxymonosulphate particles solution(1∶100 and 1∶200) has a good disinfection effect and the sterilization rate can reach over 99%. It is recommended to use a concentration of 1∶200.
