过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒对特定细菌的表面消毒效果现场评价试验

摘  要:
为考察过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒的体外杀菌活性,试验用喷雾器喷洒不同浓度的过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒溶液,对特定细菌如金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌、溶血性链球菌及蜡样芽孢杆菌等进行体外表面现场消毒试验,并与过硫酸氢钾复合盐粉做对照,通过测定消毒后不同时间的杀菌率,评价过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒对特定细菌的表面消毒效果.结果表明:相同进行表面消毒试验,采用进口浓度下,过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒与过硫酸氢钾复合盐粉对特定细菌的表面现场消毒效果相似.过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒及过硫酸氢钾复合盐粉对革兰氏阴性菌的表面现场消毒效果要优于对革兰氏阳性菌的表面现场消毒效果.对大肠杆菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌的表面现场消毒推荐浓度为1∶400;对金黄色葡萄球菌及溶血性链球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌表面现场消毒推荐浓度为1∶200.

摘  要:
In order to investigate the bactericidal activity of Potassium Peroxymonosulphate granules in vitro, Different concentration aqueous solutions were prepared by using Potassium Peroxymonosulphate granules, and surface disinfection tests of some bacterias were carried out by spraying the aqueous solution composed of this disinfectant, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pasteurella multocida, Hemolytic streptococcus and Bacillus cereus. The imported Potassium Peroxymonosulphate powder was used as the control. The sterilizing effect of Potassium Peroxymonosulphate granules on specific bacterias was evaluated by measuring the sterilizing rate at different times after disinfection. The results showed that the surface disinfection effect of Potassium Peroxymonosulphate granules was similar to that of Potassium Peroxymonosulphate powder on specific bacterias under the same concentration. The field disinfection effect of Potassium Peroxymonosulphate granules and powder on the surface of gram-negative bacterias were better than that of gram-positive bacterias. The recommended concentration for on-site surface disinfection of Escherichia coli and Pasteurella multocida was 1∶400; For Staphylococcus aureus, Hemolytic streptococcus and Bacillus cereus surface site disinfection should choose a concentration of 1∶200.
