基于机器视觉和PLC的猕猴桃分级控制系统设计

摘 要:
针对传统的猕猴桃采摘后人工分级费时费力、效率较低的问题,基于S7-300 PLC控制器、MATLAB图像处理以及组态软件实时监控等技术,设计基于面积的猕猴桃大小分级控制系统。系统采用USB摄像头对输送带上的猕猴桃进行图像采集,在PC端用MATLAB对采集的猕猴桃图像实时处理,并通过OPC将处理结果传送给组态王开发的上位机监控系统中,上位机通过PLC控制分级执行系统。经试验测试,该分级控制系统执行效率高,平均分级速率可达2.5 s/个,正确率可达100%,能够满足猕猴桃果实分级要求。

摘 要:
Aiming at the problem of time-consuming, laborious and inefficient manual grading of traditional kiwifruit after harvesting, an area-based kiwifruit size grading control system was designed based on the technology of S7-300 PLC controller, MATLAB image processing and real-time monitoring of configuration software. The system uses USB camera to collect images of kiwifruit on conveyor belt, and real-time processing of kiwifruit images on PC with MATLAB. The processing results are transmitted to the PC monitoring system developed by Kingview through OPC. The PC controls the hierarchical execution system through PLC. The experimental results show that the grading control system has high efficiency, the average grading rate can reach 2.5 seconds per unit, and the correct rate can reach 100%. It can meet the requirements of Kiwifruit grading.
