坝上长尾鸡育成期生长发育规律研究

摘  要：
为研究坝上长尾鸡育成期生长发育规律,选取660只坝上长尾鸡(公鸡331只,母鸡329只)进行试验。结果表明,坝上长尾鸡育成期体重逐渐增加,其中8~20周龄白羽、黑羽、麻羽、白花公鸡与母鸡体重差异极显著(P<0.01),10~20周龄银灰公鸡与母鸡体重差异极显著(P<0.01),8周龄银灰公鸡与母鸡体重差异显著(P<0.05),芦花公鸡与母鸡育成期体重差异不显著(P>0.05);8~20周龄不同羽色公鸡体重差异不显著(P>0.05),8~20周龄芦花母鸡体重显著大于白羽、黑羽、麻羽、白花、银灰母鸡(P<0.05),10~20周龄银灰母鸡体重显著小于白羽、黑羽、麻羽母鸡(P<0.05),18~20周龄银灰母鸡体重显著小于白花母鸡(P<0.05)。随着周龄的增加体重绝对生长值、相对生长率减小;育成期体斜长、龙骨长、胫围、胸宽、胸深、胫长、骨盆宽呈增加趋势,公鸡的累积生长值极显著大于母鸡,其中体斜长、龙骨长、胸宽、骨盆宽的绝对生长值先增加后降低,体斜长和胸宽的绝对生长值在16周龄达到最大,龙骨长和骨盆宽在14周龄达到最大;胸深和胫长绝对生长值呈下降趋势;胫围在育成后期绝对生长值增加;所测得的公鸡20周龄主尾羽长度多数达21 cm以上,最长达43 cm,母鸡尾羽上翘,主尾羽长约10~21 cm,分两侧呈八字形。

摘  要：
In this experiment, 660 Bashang Long-tail chickens including 331 cocks and 329 hens were selected to study the growth and development of Bashang Long-tail chicken in growing period. The results showed that the body weight of Bashang long-tail chicken increased with the age, the body weight of the chicken with white, black, blackpock and white flower feathers showed extremely significant difference in sex during the age from 8 weeks to 20 weeks(P <0.01), and the body weight of the chickens with silver grey feather showed extremely significant difference in sex during the age from 10 to 20weeks(P<0.01)and significant difference at the age of 8 weeks(P<0.05). During the age from 8 to 20 weeks, the body weight of hens with reed catkins feathers was significant higher than hens with white, black, hemp, white flower, silver grey feathers(P <0.05). The body weight of hens with silver grey feathers was significant smaller than hens with white, black,blackpock feathers during 10~20 weeks(P<0.05)and significant smaller than the hens with white flower feathers during 18 to20 weeks(P <0.05). With the growth of the chickens the absolute body weight gain and the relative growth rate trend to decline while the body size trend to rise. The accumulated growth values of the cocks were extremely significant higher than the hens. The absolute growth values of body length and chest breadth were on the peak at 16 weeks old, the sternum length and crista breadth were on the peak at 14 weeks old. The absolute growth value of chest depth and shank length showed the trend of declining. The absolute growth value of shank circumference was the fastest in the later growing period.The cock of 20 weeks old had 2~3 big warped plumes and the longest was 43 cm among the measured data, while in the hens were about 10~21 cm.
