植物精油对断奶仔猪生长性能及血液生化指标的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在筛选出抑菌效果最佳的植物精油并通过动物饲养试验研究该植物精油对断奶仔猪生长性能,血液生化指标的影响。试验通过微量肉汤稀释法和刃天青指示剂测定肉桂油、牛至油、百里香油、茶树油的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),选出抑菌能力最强的植物精油,然后挑选16头体重相近,健康的21日龄三元杂交仔猪,分为2个处理组(对照组和肉桂油组),每个处理8头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,肉桂油组饲喂含50 mg/kg肉桂油的基础日粮。试验期为21 d。结果表明:肉桂油对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的抑菌能力最强(MIC为800μl/l)。与对照组相比,添加50 mg/kg肉桂油能显著提高仔猪血液的总蛋白(P<0.05)和白蛋白(P<0.05)水平,红细胞比容提高了11.74%(P=0.082),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活力提高了13.66%(P=0.085)。结果显示:肉桂油有较强的抑菌能力,在日粮中添加50 mg/kg的肉桂油可改善断奶仔猪营养状况,并有提高仔猪抗氧化能力的趋势。

摘  要:
The experiment was to choose the best essential oil of antibacterial and to investigate the effect of the essential oil on performance and blood biochemical indices in weaned piglets. The experiment was to evaluate the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of cinnamon oil, thyme oil, tea tree oil, oregano oil through resazurin combined with micro broth dilution method, then to choose the best essential oil of antibacterial. Then sixteen healthy piglets(21 d) were chosen to randomly divided by weight to two treatments(the control and the cinnamon oil) with eight piglets each treatment. Piglets of control group were fed basal diet, whereas piglets of cinnamon oil group were fed basal diet supplemented with 50 mg/kg cinnamon oil. The experiment lasted for 21 d. The results show that cinnamon oil is the most effective in inhibiting growth of escherichia coli and salmonella typhimurium with the MIC is 800 μl/l. Compared with the control group, dietary supplemented with 50 mg/kg cinnamon oil can significantly improve the level of total protein(P<0.05) and albumin(P<0.05), increase the HCT by 11.74%(P=0.082), the activity of GSH-Px by 13.66%(P=0.085). The results suggest that cinnamon oil have strong ability of antibacterial, dietary supplementation with 50 mg/kg cinnamon oil in piglets is beneficial for improving nutrition status and the trend of increasing anti-oxidative capacity of piglets.
