摘 要：
Starting from the relevant concept and connotation of the first-class undergraduate education,combining the internal relationship between the first-class undergraduate and the "double-class",the paper analyzes the construction route of the first-class undergraduate education at least as follows:to optimize the basic elements of the formation of undergraduate education quality in an all-round way,to deeply activate the internal motive force of educators to devote themselves to teaching and educate people,to innovate the evaluation system and guarantee mechanism of undergraduate education quality and to construct the policy system to guarantee the position of undergraduate teaching center.
