摘 要：
【目的】考察马油的体外透皮特性。【方法】用紫外分光光度计法确定马油、羊油、猪油及食用花生油的测定波长,并且建立标准曲线,以大白鼠皮为渗透膜,研究马油、羊油、猪油及食用花生油的平均渗透量、渗透速率;建立各种油脂的渗透方程。【结果】在2~10 h的渗透过程中,马油的渗透量(μL/cm2)均大于羊油、猪油和食用花生油,渗透量大小顺序为:马油>花生油≈羊油>猪油。渗透速率(μL/cm2.h)分别为2.132 1、1.24790、.736 0和1.276 4。【结论】马油、羊油、猪油及食用花生油中,马油的渗透速率最强。

摘 要：
【Objective】To investigate the permeability in vitro of horse fat.【Method】Detecting wavelength of horse fat,sheep fat,pig fat and peanut oil were confirmed by UV spectrophotometer,where the standard curves were prepared.Using sprague-dawlay skin as permeable membranes,the permeation quantity and permeation rate of horse fat,sheep fat,pig fat and peanut oil were studied.The permeating equation of different fat was built.【Result】The permeation quantity(μL/cm2) of horse fat is bigger than sheep fat,pig fat and peanut oil during the 2-10 hours of permeating,the order of the permeation quantity is horse fat>peanut oil≈sheep fat>pig fat.The permeation rate(μL/cm2·h)were 2.132 1,1.247 9,0.736 0,1.276 4 respectively.【Conclusion】The permeation rate of horse fat is stronger than sheep fat,pig fat and peanut oil.
