变螺旋铣刀铣削犁体曲面稳定性预测研究

摘  要:
针对犁体曲面铣削过程中的颤振现象,以铣削力方向系数平均理论为基础,提出了一种改进的变螺旋铣刀铣削稳定性预测方法。对所提方法进行验证及效率评估表明:该方法具有良好的预测变螺旋铣削稳定性的能力,且能够显著地提升变螺旋铣刀铣削过程中的稳定性预测计算效率。

摘  要:
This paper presents a improved method of stability prediction for variable helix milling to cutting chatter for the body curved surface of ploughs,based on average theory of cutting force coefficient. And by evaluating the proposed method,this method has the ability of stability prediction for variable helix milling,and can significantly improve calculation efficiency for stability prediction.
