一种快速预测犁体曲面铣削稳定性的方法

摘  要:
耕地机犁体曲面是空间任意的曲面,采用数控加工中心对犁体空间自由曲面进行铣削加工时,会出现颤振现象。为此,提出一种求解多时滞系统的新方法,其核心思想是在旋转周期的离散时间域上对方程中的时滞位移状态项进行拉格朗日插值,对位移状态项进行埃尔米特插值,获得方程的离散映射形式进而确定稳定性域。通过与原有的零阶解析方法比较,验证了该算法的有效性。通过与传统半离散求解该类问题比较发现,该方法具有更高的计算效率。

摘  要:
That cultivated land machine ploughs the body curved surface is space arbitrarily curved surface. When adopting numerical control to process a centre ploughing the free body space curved surface to cultivated land machine,cutting chatter happens easily. This paper presents a new method for solving multiple time delays system,the core idea of this method is to use Lagrange interpolation for displacement state of time delays and Hermite interpolation for displacement state,obtain discrete mapping type equations and then determine the stability domain. Taking the variable pitch milling for example,a comparison with prior methods is conducted to verify the accuracy and efficiency of proposed approach for the stability prediction. The results show that the proposed method has high computational efficiency.
