不同乐器演奏的音乐对泌乳牛产奶性能及血清蛋白质代谢水平的影响

摘  要:
为研究大提琴、小提琴、低音提琴演奏的轻音乐对泌乳牛蛋白质代谢和泌乳性能的影响,进行了3期试验。各期各选取年龄、体重、胎次、泌乳量相近的健康荷斯坦泌乳牛36头,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组各18头。对照组不播放音乐,各试验组分别播放用大提琴、小提琴、低音琴演奏的轻音乐Mother。每期试验40d,每两期间隔7d。从试验当天(0d)起,每20d采集血样并测定单产一次。结果表明:大提琴演奏的轻音乐能在试验20d时同时显著提高乳蛋白率和产奶量(P<0.05),且大提琴音乐在整个试验期能极显著提高奶牛血清肌酐含量(P<0.01);小提琴音乐能在40d时显著提高奶牛血清总蛋白、肌酐含量(P<0.05)。

摘  要:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of light music played by different instruments(cello,violin and bass) on the protein metabolism levels and milk performance of dairy cows. A total of 36 Holstein cows with similar age, parity and milk yield were randomly divided into 2 groups of 18 cows.The test was divided 3 phases, each lasted 40 days, every two 7 days interval. Blood samples and milk samples were collected every 20 days to determine the daily yield and protein metabolism levels. The results showed that, cello light music could significantly increase milk protein content and milk yield at 20 day(P<0.05). It also could significantly increase creatinine content in whole period(P<0.01).Violin light music could significantly improve the total protein and the creatinine of cow serum at 40 day(P<0.05).
