饲料中膨化全脂大豆粉添加蛋氨酸替代鱼粉对乌鳢生长和代谢的影响

摘  要:
以乌鳢鱼种(8.25±1.30)g为试验对象,分别以膨化全脂大豆蛋白替代0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%的鱼粉蛋白配制等氮、等能的饲料,饲养8周,探讨饲料中补充限制性蛋氨酸的膨化全脂大豆粉替代鱼粉对乌鳢生长和代谢的影响。结果表明,当替代20%鱼粉蛋白时,乌鳢的增重率显著高于80%和100%替代组(P<0.05),与对照组相比差异不显著;当替代量为100%时,乌鳢的增重率显著低于对照组和其它各组。20%替代组的蛋白质效率显著高于对照组和其他各试验组(P<0.05),100%替代组的蛋白质效率显著低于对照组和其他各试验组(P<0.05)。80%和100%替代组乌鳢肠道蛋白酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而80%和100%替代组乌鳢肝脏AST和ALT、血清AST和ALT与之正好相反。60%、80%和100%替代组乌鳢的氮排泄显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,饲料中膨化全脂大豆添加蛋氨酸可替代乌鳢饲料鱼粉蛋白的60%~80%。

摘  要:
The effect of replacing fish meal with soybean meal(SBM) adding methionine on growth andmetabolism of Channa argus fingerlings was evaluated in an 8-week period. Channa argus fingerlings[initial body weight(8.25±1.30) g)] were fed six isonitrogenous and isocaloric feeds containing 41% digestible protein and 18.5 MJ/kg digestible energy,and SBM replace 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% or100% of the fish meal. Results show that weight gain(WG) of fish fed the feed in which SBM replaced20% of the fish meal was significantly higher than 80% and 100%, there was no significant differencethan control, weight gain(WG) of fish fed the feeds in which SBM replaced 100% of the fish meal wassignificantly lower than control and other groups, protein efficiency ratio(PER) of fish fed the feed inwhich SBM replaced 20% of the fish meal wassignificantly higher than control and other groups(P<0.05), protein efficiency ratio(PER) of fishfed the feeds in which SBM replaced 100% ofthe fish meal was significantly lower than controland other groups(P<0.05), protease activity inintestinal of fish fed the feed in which SBM re-placed 80% and 100% of the fish meal was significantly lower than control and other groups(P<0.05), but liver AST and ALT, serum AST and ALTof 80% and 100% were just the opposite. Nitrogen excretion of fish fed the feeds in which SBM re-placed 60%, 80% and 100% of the fish meal was significantly lower than control and other groups(P<0.05). Under the experimental conditions, adding amount of Channa argus fed the feed in which SBMreplaced 60%~80% of the fish meal was suitable.
