紫苏籽化学成分提取工艺条件及应用研究进展

摘  要：
紫苏籽是我国传统的药食两用类中药材之一,含有多种功能性成分,如蛋白质、氨基酸、α-亚麻酸、黄酮、迷迭香酸、萜烯类、多糖等,具有抗衰老、降血压、降低胆固醇、抑制癌细胞分化、提高机体免疫力等多种生理功能。本文综述了近年来国内外对紫苏籽化学成分分析、提取工艺的研究进展,以及紫苏籽在饲料、保健、食品和化工行业中的应用现状,为紫苏籽资源的合理开发提供参考基础。

摘  要：
Perilla frutescens seed is one of the traditional Chinese herbs normally used both as food and medicine for its various functional ingredients such as protein,aminoacid,α-linolenic acid,flavones,rosmarinic acid,terpenes,polysaccharides,etc..Perilla frutescens seed is with physiological features in slowing downdecrepitude,lowering blood pressure,cholesterol,inhibiting cancer cell differentiation,improving body immune,ect.The present paper summarized research progress at home and abroad on the chemical constituents analysis,extraction method and the application staus of perilla frutescens seed in the feed industry,health care,food andchemical industry in recent years to provide a reference basis for reasonable development of perilla frutescens seed.
