摘  要:
介绍冰晶石的生产方法及湿法磷酸副产氟硅酸的利用现状。提出一种利用湿法磷酸副产氟硅酸制备冰晶石联产水玻璃的新工艺,介绍其生产步骤、工艺流程及产品质量及工艺优点。冰晶石和水玻璃符合行业标准,技术经济、可行,为氟硅酸综合利用提供了一条新途径,可以提高企业效益。

摘  要:
The production methods of cryolite and the utilization status of byproduct fluorosilicic acid in WPAproduction are introduced. A new technology of co-production of cryolite and sodium silicate from byproductfluorosilicic acid in WPA production is proposed, the production steps, process, product quality andtechnology advantages are introduced. The products of cryolite and sodium silicate conform to industrystandards, the technology is economical and feasible,is a new way of comprehensive utilization of fluorosilicicacid, can improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
