硅对镉胁迫下水稻幼苗茎叶元素含量的影响

摘  要:
通过溶液培养,研究不同浓度的Si(0、30、80、130、180 mg/L SiO2)对Cd(4 mg/L Cd2+)胁迫下水稻(Oryza sativa L.)幼苗茎叶体内部分元素含量的影响。结果表明,Cd胁迫下水稻幼苗茎叶Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe含量明显下降,加入Si后水稻幼苗茎叶Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe含量明显上升。可见,Si可通过促进水稻幼苗对Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe的吸收来提高光合作用产物,达到缓解Cd对水稻幼苗茎叶的毒害。尤其是SiO2浓度为130 mg/L时,可更好地提高Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe含量,说明该SiO2浓度可能是缓解水稻幼苗生长的理想浓度。

摘  要:
The effect of silicon on elements contents in stems and leaves of seedling in Oryza sativa L.under cadmium stress was studied by hydroponics culture method.Oryza sativa L.seedlings were treated with 4.0 mg/L Cd2+ and 0,30,80,130,180 mg/L SiO2.The results showed that Mg,Cu,Zn,Fe content in rice seedlings significantly reduced by Cd treatment,but increased by Si treatment.Si increased the photosynthetic products by promoting Mg,Cu,Zn,Fe accumulation in stems and leaves of rice seedlings to relieve the poison of Cd on the stems and leaves of rice seedlings.Especially 130 mg/L SiO2 could increase the Mg,Cu,Zn,Fe content in stems and leaves of rice seedlings more,indicating that it was the ideal concentration to improve seedlings growth.
