徐海鸡体重与体尺性状指标的主成分分析

摘  要：
为研究徐海鸡体重和体尺性状指标间的内在相关性,以280日龄徐海鸡为研究对象,分别测定公鸡、母鸡的体重与体尺性状指标,并进行主成分分析。结果表明:徐海鸡公鸡体重与胫长、胸宽、胸角、体斜长和龙骨长极显著相关(P<0.01),与胫围显著相关(P<0.05);胫长与胫围、胸宽极显著相关(P<0.01),与龙骨长显著相关(P<0.05);胸宽与胸角和体斜长、胸角与体斜长显著相关(P<0.05)。母鸡体重与胫长极显著相关(P<0.01),与龙骨长显著相关(P<0.05);胫长与胸宽、龙骨长显著相关(P<0.05)。由主成分分析结果可知,公鸡、母鸡的体重与体尺性状指标都可以综合为4个主成分指标,累计贡献率分别为86.113%、80.137%,体重、体斜长、胫围、龙骨长和胸角是对主成分贡献最大的性状,反映了徐海鸡的体型特征和生长发育规律,对徐海鸡的保护和开发利用具有指导意义。

摘  要：
In order to study the intrinsic correlation of body weight and body measurement traits for Xuhai chickens,the body weights and body measurement traits of cocks and hens at day 280 were measured and analyzed by principal component analysis.The results showed that:the cock's body weight was highly significantly correlated with shank length,chest width,chest angle,body diagonal length and keel length(P<0.01),and was significantly correlated to shank girth(P<0.05);shank length was highly significantly correlated with shank girth,chest width(P<0.01),and was significantly correlated to keel length(P<0.05);chest width was significantly correlated to chest angle,body diagonal length(P<0.05);chest angle was significantly correlated to body diagonal length(P<0.05).The hen's body weight was highly significantly correlated with shank length(P<0.01),and was significantly correlated to keel length(P<0.05);shank length was significantly correlated to chest width,keel length(P<0.05).The results of principal component analysis show that the body weight and body measurement traits of cocks and hens can be integrated to four principal component index,the cumulative contribution rate was 86.113%and 80.137%respectively,body weight,body diagonal length,shank girth,keel length and chest angle was the biggest contribution to the principal component.This fully reflects Xuhai chicken's body characteristic and its growth laws,which has a guidance meaning for Xuhai chicken's protection and utilization.
