筑床施药机喷施性能参数试验研究

摘  要:
筑床施药机旨在为苗圃进行土壤消毒灭菌作业,从而提高保苗率和优质苗木产出率。该机可以同时完成筑床和施药作业,实现高效率、高质量、低耗能,一机多用。本次试验的目的是在水泵喷嘴数量确定后,探索喷嘴等效喷孔孔径与系统压力、系统流量之间的变化关系,选择最佳配置组合,为试验样机生产试验调试和定型样机设计提供依据。试验结果表明:不论何种型号的拖拉机,其作业速度应控制在2. 88km/h(0. 8m/s)左右,系统流量约15. 5L/min,施药量约1 755L/hm2。选用6503型喷嘴为试验样机喷洒装置的喷嘴,数量6个,等效喷孔孔径1. 10mm,药液喷施系统压力为1. 5~2. 0MPa。

摘  要:
The purpose of designing the seed bed formers with the function of pesticide application is for nursery soil disinfection and sterilization operation,to improve the seedling survival rate as well as productivity of high quality nursery stock. This machine can build a seed bed and spray pesticide at the same time,with the characteristics of high efficiency,high quality,low consumption,and multi-usage. The purpose of this test is to explore the changes in the relationship between equivalent aperture of spray nozzle 's orifice and the system pressure as well as the system flow,after the number of water pump nozzles is determined,then to choose the optimal allocation. The result of the test will provide the basis for debugging and finalize the design of the prototype. The test result shows that the operating speed of machine should be controlled around 2. 88 km/h(0. 8 m/s),the system flow should be controlled around 15. 5 L/min,the dosage of a unit of area is about 117 L. The 6503 type nozzle is chose as the nozzle of spray device,the nozzle number is 6,its equivalent aperture is 1. 10,the liquid spraying system is 1. 5-2. 0 MPa.
