河北省农业特色产业低碳化发展对策研究

摘  要:
河北省是一个农业大省,农业特色产业作为河北省农业经济发展的主要力量起到了不可忽视的作用。该文首先阐述了河北省农业特色产业发展现状,然后以低碳时代对农业产业发展的新需要为视角综合分析当前河北省面临环境污染问题的严峻形势、公众对无公害产业的现实需求、国际贸易中的绿色壁垒对农产品同一化标准的要求以及农业特色产业可持续发展的必要性,最后借鉴国内外先进经验结合河北省自身特点,为农业特色产业低碳化发展模式提供政策建议并基于循环经济的理念从产前、产中、产后3个环节对产业流程再造提供参考。

摘  要:
Hebei is a major agricultural province.As a major force in the development of the agricultural economy,agricultural characteristics of industrial play an essential role.Firstly,this paper described the development status of agricultural characteristics of industrial.Secondly,comprehensive analysis of the current problems facing the grim situation of environmental unmanned by Hebei through Low-carbon era perspective of agricultural characteristics of industrial's needs.Public awareness of the practical needs of industrial pollution,green barriers in international trade of agricultural products of the same standard requirements and agricultural characteristics of industrial inevitability of sustainable development.At last,learn from the advanced experience combined with its own characteristics of Hebei province,for agricultural characteristics of industrial's low-carbon development model provided policy advice.Based on the concept of circular economy from the various aspects of the whole production process to provide a reference for industrial process reengineering.
