甄别湖北省低碳农业发展现状的实证分析

摘  要：
根据湖北省1980～2009年样本数据,将农业总产值指数对农业机械总动力、化肥施用量、大牲畜存栏头数、生猪存栏头数和造林面积等进行回归分析,其中,造林面积用于表征"低碳",其余解释变量代表"高碳",以此甄别湖北省低碳农业发展现状。结果表明,仅农业机械总动力和化肥施用量对农业总产值指数有显著影响,说明湖北省农业仍处于"高碳"发展路径,低碳农业有着广阔的发展空间。计算了两个主要因素对农业总产值的贡献率后,提出了湖北省发展低碳农业的前景方略。

摘  要：
According to the sampling data in 1980-2009 of Hubei province,the index of gross agricultural output value was analyzed by regression on total power of agricultural machinery,consumption of chemical fertilizers,amounts of large animals and hogs,afforestation areas and so on,among which afforestation area was used to characterize low-carbon,and the others to characterize high-carbon,thereby discriminating low-carbon agriculture development status quo of Hubei province.It was concluded that only total power of agricultural machinery and consumption of chemical fertilizers had significant effect on the index of gross agricultural output value,which showed that agriculture of Hubei province still runs on high-carbon path,and there is large development space for low-carbon agriculture.And then,the contribution rate of two main factors to gross agricultural output value were calculated.Lastly,the future strategy for Hubei province to develop low carbon agriculture was put forward.
