摘 要:
将氨基苯硫酚修饰在金纳米粒子和微过氧化物酶-11上,再将金丝电极置于上述功能化的金纳米粒子溶胶和微过氧化物酶混合分散系中,采用电聚合法制备了以双巯基苯胺为连接剂的三维结构金纳米粒子/微过氧化物酶-11薄膜电极,该电极中的微过氧化物酶-11对过氧化氢的电化学还原有良好的电化学催化作用。

摘 要:
Au nanoparticles and microperoxidaxe-11 were all modified with p-aminothiophenol.A kind of three dimensional Au nanoparticles/microperoxidaxe-11 film electrode was prepared by electropolymerization using oligoaniline as a cross-linking bridge.The microperoxidaxe-11 in this film can electrocatalyze H2O2 well.
