奶牛催乳素(PRL)及其受体(PRLR)基因研究进展

摘  要:
催乳素(prolactin)参与了很多生理活动,包括乳蛋白的合成、免疫活动的调节、促进生殖器官的发育、维持渗透压的平衡以及一些生理行为。催乳素要行使其生物学功能必须与其受体(prolactin receptor)结合。本文就PRL基因及其受体PRLR基因的结构、功能以及在奶牛上的研究进展作一综述。

摘  要:
Prolactin has been involved in a variety of biological functions,including the synthesis of milk proteins,immune responses,development of reproductive organs,osmotic balance,and behavior.It is essential for prolactin's functions to bind the PRL receptor.This review summarized the advances on the structure of cow prolactin gene and prolactin receptor gene as well as physiology functions.
