神农香菊不同株系间光合特性及叶绿素荧光特性比较分析

摘  要:
以成功引种栽培在东北林业大学园林学院苗圃的神农香菊(Dendranthema indicum var.aromaticum)-3个优良株系S_(1401)、S_(1407)和S_(1415)为研究对象,采用Li-6400XT便携式光合作用分析系统对3个株系的光合生理差异以及它们在不同光照环境的适应性进行了比较分析。结果表明:(1)S_(1407)为双峰型曲线,S_(1401)和S_(1415)为单峰曲线;3个株系的光补偿点差异不大,S_(1415)的光饱和点最高,S_(1401)最低;对强光的利用能力S_(1415)>S_(1407)>S_(1401),S_(1415)的光适应范围最广。(2)在荧光参数上,3个株系的初始荧光Fo大小是S_(1407)>S_(1415)>S_(1401),PhiPS2、qP、ETR均为S_(1401)>S_(1407)>S_(1415),S_(1401)的非光化学淬灭系数qN最小,为0.83,其光合系统的自我保护能力最弱。

摘  要:
Three superior lines of Dendranthema indicum var.aromaticum(S_(140),S_(1407) and S_(1415))successfully introduced and cultivated in a nursery of this college were used as test materials,and their difference in photosynthetic performance and adaptability to different light environments were comparatively analyzed by using the portable Li-6400 XT photosynthesis measuring system.The results showed that(1) in terms of diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate,S_(1407) presented a double-hump curve and S_(1401) and S_(1415) a unimodal curve;The 3lines' difference was less in light compensation point,and in light saturation point S_(1451) was the highest and S_(1401)the lowest;The descending order of ability to utilize strong light was S_(1415) > S_(1407) > S_(1401),and S_(1415) had the widest light adaptation range.(2) In terms of fluorescence parameters,the order of 3 lines was S_(1407) > S_(1415) > S_(1401) in initial fluorescence Fo values and S_(1401) >S_(1407) >S_(1415) in PhiPS2,qP and ETR values,and the non-photochemical quenching coefficient of S_(1401) was 0.83,being the smallest.The photosynthetic system of S_(1401) had the weakest self-protection ability.
