5株梯棱羊肚菌菌丝生长特性研究

摘  要:
以5株梯陵羊肚菌(Morchella importuna)菌株为材料,研究温度、pH、碳源和氮源对菌丝生长速度和菌核形态特征的影响,筛选适宜培养各菌株菌丝体的条件。试验结果表明,各菌株间的菌丝最适生长温度、pH,碳源和氮源存在不同程度的差异。菌丝生长适宜温度为20℃~25℃;最适起始pH方面,菌株F011、85和W16H2为6~7,菌株Q为8~9,菌株301为7~8;菌丝生长能利用多种碳源和氮源,葡萄糖适合所有菌株生长,菌株F011、Q、301和W16H2的最适氮源为蛋白胨和酵母膏,菌株85为酵母膏。

摘  要:
Five Morchella importuna strains were used as materials to study the effects of temperature, pH, carbon source and nitrogen source on mycelial growth rate and sclerotia morphological characteristics, and to select the suitable conditions for mycelium culture. The results showed that the optimum mycelial growth temperature, pH, carbon source and nitrogen source were different among different strains. The suitable temperature ranged from 20℃ to 25℃. The optimum pH value for strains F011, 85 and W16 H2 were 6-7, for strain Q was 8-9, and for strain 301 was 7-8. Glucose was optimum as carbon source for all tested strains. The optimum nitrogen sources for strains F011, Q, 301 and W16 H2 were peptone or yeast extract, for strain 85 was yeast extract.
