梯棱羊肚菌种质资源数量性状变异及概率分级

摘  要：
对49株梯棱羊肚菌(Morchella importuna)子实体数量性状进行统计分析和概率分级,结果表明:6个子实体数量性状(菌盖的长度、宽度、长度/宽度、厚度以及菌柄的长度、直径)的变异系数范围为18.12%~29.96%;对数量性状分别采用S-W法和S系数与K系数的Z检验进行正态性检验,6个数量性状基本符合正态分布;对符合正态性分布的数量性状进行概率分级,获得数量性状的分级标准,作为羊肚菌子实体数量性状的评价指标。

摘  要：
Six quantitative traits associated with Morchella importunafruit bodies(pileus length,pileus width,pileus length to width ratio,pileus thickness,stipe length,stipe diameter)were evaluated in 49 strains of the mushroom.Our data revealed that the coefficient of variation values of the six traits ranged between 18.12%for the pileus length to width ratio to 29.96%for stipe length.Statistical analysis and probability ranking by Shapiro-Wilk(S-W),Skewness coefficient Z and Kurtosis coefficient Z tests revealed that the six quantitative traits basically complied with normal distribution.
