印度块菌和思茅松菌根合成的研究

摘  要:
在天然思茅松林下,尚未发现印度块菌的生长。在温室条件下,用印度块菌孢子悬浮液对思茅松和云南松树苗进行菌根接种试验,接种5个月印度块菌和思茅松、云南松均可以形成典型的块菌外生菌根。形成的外生菌根呈二叉分枝状或单支棒状,初为浅褐色,后变为黑褐色;菌丝套及外延菌丝结构明显,菌丝套内部迷宫状,外延菌丝直角分支;哈蒂氏网明显。同时,在含有自然石灰土和腐殖质的基质1中,思茅松的菌根感染率为100%。在p H值6.5、7.0、7.5的条件下,印度块菌均能侵染思茅松,且菌根感染率均为100%。本研究为印度块菌的培养提供了一种新方法。

摘  要:
Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis is not a natural host plant,but it can be mycorrhized by Tuber indicum under greenhouse conditions. The seedlings of P. kesiya var. langbianensis and P. yunnanensis could get mycorrhizal synthesis with Tuber indicum after inoculating5 months. The ectomycorrhizae,binary branching or single rod,was light brown at first and became dark brown later. The mantle and emanating hyphae were obvious,and the inner of mantle was like a maze,and emanating hyphae had right branch. The hartig net was obvious.The matrixes 1 which included lime-stone soil and organic matters produced more mycorrhgizal formation,and the seedlings of P. kesiya var.langbianensis and P. yunnanensis were mycorrhized by 100 %. The mycorrhizal synthesis also could be got at the p H value of 6. 5,7. 0 and7. 5 and the infection rate was 100 %. The results of this research have opened a new way to cultivation of T. indicum.
