农村基础设施对农业经济增长的影响——基于全国省级面板数据的实证分析

摘  要：
基础设施作为政府投资建设的重点领域,一方面其投资可作为资本要素,通过乘数效应拉动经济增长;另一方面其建设可改善经济发展所需的基础条件,进而提高经济运行效果。本文使用2003—2014年全国30个省的面板数据,对内生性较弱的农村基础设施对农业经济增长的影响进行研究,运用个体和时间双向固定效应模型就前者对后者的影响进行分析。结果表明,农村水利、信息、卫生环境和滞后两期时的交通运输基础设施对农业经济增长有显著的正效应。

摘  要：
Investment,consumption and net export are the three important factors to push the economy forward.Infrastructure construction is a type of government expenditure.On one hand,infrastructure investment plays the fundamental role for the economic growth through the multipliereffect.On the other hand,all kinds of infrastructure improve the efficiency of economic operation.This study uses 30 provinces panel data during 2003-2014 to conduct an analysis through a fixed effect model.It would efficiently tackle the problem of endogeneity between the rural infrastructure and the agricultural economy.The analysis suggests that rural water conservancy irrigation,network information,hygienic conditions,and two-phase lag transportation infrastructure all have a prominent positive effect on agricultural economic growth,however the effect from rural energy supply,science and technology,and education infrastructure is not obvious.
