贵州几种葱属植物的营养成分比较分析

摘  要:
以常规方法对贵州几种常见野生葱属植物(野葱、野蒜、野韭菜)和栽培葱属植物(小葱、洋葱、大葱、蒜苗、大蒜、青蒜、韭菜、韭黄、韭菜花)的蛋白质、维生素C,Fe和Ca含量进行测定和比较分析。结果表明,在所测定的野生葱属植物中,蛋白质和Fe的含量均高于栽培葱属植物;而部分维生素C和Ca含量则低于栽培葱属植物。

摘  要:
The contents of proteins, Vitamin C, Fe and Ca in wild and cultivated Allium crops from Bijie suburbs were measured and compared with conventional methods. The results showed that the contents of all proteins and Fe in the wild Allium crops were higher than those in the cultivated Allium. However, some contents of Vitamin C and Ca in the wild Allium were lower than those in cultivated Allium crops.
