乙二胺四乙酸对镉及镉铅复合污染小蓬草的影响

摘  要:
本研究采用盆栽实验,通过模拟添加不同水平的EDTA,强化小蓬草修复Cd及Pb-Cd复合污染的土壤。分析了小蓬草对Cd的吸收特性及EDTA对其转运、富集Cd的影响。结果表明,当EDTA的添加水平为5.0 mmol·kg-1时,单一Cd处理下的小蓬草地上部分的Cd含量达到最大值,比对照提高了70.4%;在Pb-Cd复合污染处理下,EDTA的添加水平为2.5 mmol·kg-1时,小蓬草地上部分Cd含量及其转运系数、富集系数均达到最大值,比较对照增加了535%、89%、1464%。

摘  要:
An outdoor pot experiment was conducted to select the appropriate concentration of EDTA used in repairing Cd and Pb-Cd compound contaminated soil with Conyza canadensis L.Cronq. The uptaking characteristics of Conyza canadensis L.Cron and EDTA' tolerance were analyzed in the trial.The results showed that when using Conyza canadensis L.Cronq in the phytoremediation of Cd contaminated soils,the best repairing efficiency was observed with the treatment of 5.0 mmol·kg-1 EDTA to the soil,which could make the Conyza canadensis L.Cronq aerial parts Cd content enhance 70.4 % compared with CK under the Cd processing,when using Conyza canadensis L.Cronq in the phytoremediation of Pb-Cd contaminated soils,the best repairing efficiency was observed with the treatment of 2.5 mmol·kg-1 EDTA to the soil,which could make the Conyza canadensis L.Cronq aerial parts Cd content,TF and BCF enhance 535 %,89 %,1464 %,respectively,compared with CK under the Pb-Cd processing.
